Abril 7, 2005: Pfizer Retira Voluntariamente Bextra

Fue el 7 De Abril, 2004 Cuando la Administración de Alimentos y Medicamentos de los Estados Unidos o US FDA declaró que solicitó a Pfizer a retirar voluntariamente el producto Bextra (valdecoxib) del mercado de los Estados Unidos en su totalidad. Pfizer aceptó detener las ventas y comercialización de Bextra en los Estados Unidos, teniendo deliberaciones pendientes con la FDA.
