A Number of February Accidents
Every San Jose traffic fatality has involved a pedestrian so far in 2017. Four of the fatal pedestrian accidents happened in February. The newspaper also reported that, just two days earlier, a male pedestrian died in a morning accident at Tully Road and Galveston Avenue. Another pedestrian died following an incident in South San Jose on February 1. The 35-year-old man died of his injuries four days later. On February 3, a 67-year-old man died at the scene on Fourth Street near the I-880 overpass.
Although the circumstances of every traffic accident vary, it is possible for a wrongful death attorney to assist survivors when it is reasonable to claim that negligent conduct contributed to loss of life.
