QUESTION: I was hurt at work because my employer did not have the right equipment for me to do my job. The doctors gave me restrictions so now I can’t go back to work. They deemed my injury 15% permanent and stationary, so they took away my temporary disability. Now I’m stuck not making enough money and barely making it.
